Shipping
We will try our best to ship your order within 3 working days. We will reach out to you should this take longer.
Delivery charges:
Within the EU: €10. - Deliveries generally take 3-5 working days
Outside the EU: €20. - Deliveries might take up to 2 weeks
We can arrange delivery to a wide range of international destinations. Please note that for certain destinations outside the EU local import duties may be payable on receipt. International delivery times vary depending on destination, please e-mail us at hello@filanda18.com for more information
Returns
Returned items must be shipped back to Filanda n.18 within 14 working days from the date the package was delivered to you. Please email us if you would like to exchange an item for the same item in another size, or if you would like to have a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned to us within 14 days after you let us know you'd like to return them. The item needs to be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, please contact us through the form online or at hello@filanda18.com as soon as possible and we will send you return instructions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please consider using a tracked postal service with insurance to the value of the returned item to avoid loss and guaranteed receipt of items and refund money. Filanda n.18 cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen returns.
